Not satisfiedHi I am sorry but, I loved you product the way it made my hair feel was great but there wasn’t enough to cover my head so I ended up patchy and it didn’t change my hair color at all, you couldn’t tell I colored it. And I wanted more brown than red and it was a brighter red than I wanted so I had to go by store dye because I was going to a party and all you could see was grey. Too redI liked the overall coverage and the degree of darkness but it was way too much of a red tint for me. I would prefer that it be more my natural dark brown than red. I had been pretty bleached out from the sun over the summer so I understand not going too dark too fast, but I feel that the more natural lighter tones to my hair are dark caramels and chocolate tones, not the red auburn. Not satisfied at allMy hair feels super dry and damaged. Did not cover my grays. After 3 washes it looks like I didn’t dye my hair at all. I might as well buy revlon and the product is more expensive than. originally thought. I want to cancel my order. Problens with MixturesColor was great. Had an awful time with air in the bottles of the two color mixtures. The cream solutions both had air bubbles in them. This caused mixing issues. Had to keep burping the application bottle to mix the solutions and to apply. Cause a major mess in my bathroom. Dark brown or black?I usually if not ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience and I will continue to recommend people to Esalon.... BUT I did ask to go back to dark brown. I know this, my hair is black. It is not dark brown. Like it look almost jet black! I have to leave it in because my next alternative is to go get it professionally stripped out. My hair would be so fried if I did that. So I'll leave it but I'm so disappointed! If I wanted black hair I would have asked for black.
