So thick it would not come out of the bottleExtremely disappointed with this. This was my 2nd shipment of this color, and this time it was super thick. It would not come out of the bottle! Had to take the top off to apply it. So thick it did not cover my head. My hair got so tangled afterwards that it took me hours to comb out the knots. My roots are 2-3 shades darker red than my ends.My hair is two separate colors. I’ve never had this issue with a boxed color. This is my first time trying esalon. Not happyI have asked that my color be changed, I’ve sent photos of my hair the color I want and you keep sending me a darker color. My hair color is red NOT burgundy and MORE brownish color at that.
