Loved the results - and all the savingsI was tired of paying $100+ every 6 weeks or so. I loved the ease of use - the instructions were so easy to follow - and all I had to do was schedule "Salon Time" at my house. The color specialists work closely with me and adjust my color any way I want! Every color, every change, I have been pleased. Looks pretty good!The color looks pretty good. It seems to be pretty even. I can tell a slight color difference between my roots and the rest of my hair. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I did find it a bit difficult to apply the root color just on the roots and then the other color to the rest. Maybe with some practice it would become easier. Perfect match!My color was perfect! I did notice it did not seem to completely cover my grays, but that could have been my fault. Great color and long lasting - but I had a horrible time washing the dye out.The color was exactly what I was looking for and all the items you get in the package are really great. The instructions were easy to follow too. But I had the worst time trying to wash the dye out of my hair in the shower. I used the Color Safe Shampoo, and my old shampoo but it would not wash out the dye. My hair was a sticky, gunky mess after attempting to wash it out with shampoo. It was gumming up my combs and brushes. I had to wash my hair with Dawn dish soap several times to finally get my hair to a normalish state again. A lot of time was wasted trying to get my hair to look and feel normal again so my experience was a real bummer. I don't know if I did something wrong or my hair just won't take this dye properly. I will say this though - after 6 scrubbings with Dawn somehow my hair is still dyed on the roots so that's kind of impressive. EDIT: I revised this review because I was really grateful for the assistance and advice from I got from customer service on my issue of getting the dye to wash out properly. Their advice helped a lot and I do love the color and longevity of the color. It's still pretty difficult to wash out even with following their advice of using a clarifying shampoo.
