Not a good experienceProbably the drippiest, messiest, most frustrating dye I've ever used. Color is way darker than what was pictured or what I anticipated. Color is also completely flat. There is no dimension or highlight to it. It looks like I'm wearing a black, curly, wool hat all the time. I've been using the Heart Lock It shampoo as well, and even after 4 washes, the shampoo is still pulling dye out of my hair. My hair also feels terrible. Very dry, frizzy, and lifeless. Super soft hair after coloringI love the color, actually very similar to my natural shade which is exactly what I was looking for. My main objective was to cover the gray and the color seemed to do ok but not great. I followed the directions perfectly and I have a lot of grays that didn't color which has never been as issue before. I'm not sure if leaving the solution on longer would help. When I go to my colorist my processing time is closer to 50 minutes on a permanent color mixed with v20. My hair looks good and is incredibly soft. I really like the smell and results of the shampoo and conditioner which is why this gets 4 stars.
