Thrilled!I have been coloring my hair for 30 years and have tried every at home color out there. I was never happy. I gave this a try because I dread wasting time and money at the salon. The products are high quality and the packaging and instructions are great. The first thing I noticed was that the color did not burn my scalp which usually happens even at salon. I was nervous as the color ripened on my hair because it looked dark. I hung in there waiting the correct amount of time made easier by purchaded timer. After I washed it and started to dry my hair the color came alive and I saw the shine and multidimensional color. I could not be happier. Too many graysAfter surviving cancer, my hair changed to a bunch of gray. Not even your product will keep the grays at bay for an ample amount of time. I prefer not to put so many chemicals in or on my body now especially if the gray is going to come right back anyway. Not a good experienceProbably the drippiest, messiest, most frustrating dye I've ever used. Color is way darker than what was pictured or what I anticipated. Color is also completely flat. There is no dimension or highlight to it. It looks like I'm wearing a black, curly, wool hat all the time. I've been using the Heart Lock It shampoo as well, and even after 4 washes, the shampoo is still pulling dye out of my hair. My hair also feels terrible. Very dry, frizzy, and lifeless.
