Waxy feeling to my hairThis time, after using the cream rinse, my hair had a wax feeling. I had to shampoo my hair 3 times to get it the wax out of my hair, which of course has dulled the color. Unsure if I will purchase again 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

root touch up colorI have a problem with the root touch up color that was made for me. it is NOT the color I wanted. I asked for a revision of more blondish brown not more red and now my color isn't even close to the original color you made me. I know its hard to do a revision and I understand that. Hard to findI'm not complaining about the consistency of the color. And it certainly doesn't damage my hair. It's my inconsistency that is giving my stylist problems!!
