Get Demi-permanent so you can adjustMy original color is medium to light auburn. Did the whole set up, even sent pictures in natural light to show. When my color came I was so excited and it came in light-brown/red. Thank god I got a Demi-permanent color so it’ll wash out because it is soooo dark. The darkest auburn ever! Not at all what was requested and sentI recently went to a salon and paid $200 +to remove black from my hair. Wanting to even out the color and after all the questions light brown is what was sent. Not ImpressedThe color was much lighter than portrayed on the site. Also, I followed the instructions exactly, and have a lot of experience with coloring my own hair, and even still, my grey did not cover. I even left it on a bit longer for good measure. Grey coverage and lastingI was really hoping to get better better quality from this service after reading a lot of positive reviews. I also didn’t write this until after the third time dyeing my hair. I have about 20% grey. Just some at the roots. I also have pretty dark hair. So I needed something that could cover my hair but also look natural on darker hair. I didn’t find that here. The coverage didn’t last, neither did the color. There wasn’t any shine after the second time I washed it. A lot of the reviews say how nice it feels after dyeing your hair, and it does! But as soon as you wash it that feeling fades fast.
