Not quite rightThis color never took. The color smelled differently and was watery. I’m thinking either they changed a product or I got a bad batch. I was never offered another bottle even after chatting with a customer service agent. The color is nice but OMG the smell made me sickI did like the color but I have never smelled a more potent hair dye smell. It made my eye water the entire time, making it difficult to apply my color. At one point my nose was burning as well.
