TRY IT - You Will Love It!!!I have complicated hair! Mostly grey, and I color it Red. They sent me a darker color for my roots; another color for the ends. It worked Perfectly!!! My hair grows fast, so I do often use a 'roots touch-up' in between colors (about every 6-8 weeks) When I decided to go more natural red, the first color they sent was ok - Together we tweaked it and NOW - Perfect!!!! The only thing was when I first tried the color, it dried out my hair. BUT, I used their leave-in conditioner; Worked REALLY well and Smells good!! I've been using eSalon for over a year now and I LOVE Them!!! Their support team is Great and while we were working out my NEW hair color, they had me send pics, and asked me questions to get it Right!!! PS. Get their 'Tinted Love' Color Enhancing treatment-LOVE!! And 'On the Bright Side'. Helps the color stay vibrant. Color holds betterI always had a problem with using blond color over my now gray/white hair. My original color is blond. Anyway, over-the-counter products were too dark for the first week, nice during second week and then got too light in the third and fourth weeks. E-Salon is the perfect color from start to finish. First time great-last time not so greatThe first time I used your product, my hair looked really good and healthy. Wonderful product!!!I ordered this color for my daughter who lives off the coast of India. Haircolor is not an item that she can purchase locally, and when she does purchase it, the quality is horrible!!! She was in for a visit and I ordered the e-salon color for her. She loved it!!! I have to have it shipped to me, and then have it sent to her approx. twice a year. (multiple boxes) She tells me that the color, shine and gray coverage is GREAT!!! Hair ColorThe very 1st time I got my eSalon, I really liked it alot! The 2nd time, though it was the same color, it just didn't seem the same. It was too dark! Plus my gray hair comes back way to soon... The suggestions you gave me from the last time we spoke, I already do and have done for years. Such as, using shampoo & conditioner specifically for colored hair.... My hair turned the color of a gold barBrassy! Gold! Yellow! BRIGHT brassy gold. UGH!!!!! Not a smidge of the ash blonde I requested. Had to make an emergency trip to the hair salon to try to undo.
