Hated itThe product was difficult and messy to use. I did not like the color I was left with and now am stuck with for a month. I am trying to opt out on the auto delivery. Please do not ship any more. I cannot remove my credit card info from this site. Please delete ASAP. This is amazing...I was a little nervous. I thought it might be too dark, too light, etc. I AM AMAZED! No irritation! Hair is silky and shiny! Color is soooo great! Gray is covered! Love this product!eSalon chose the correct color based on my picture and questions and have loved their choice. You get everything you need in one box to do your own coloring. I love the resultsInitially, I thought the color was too dark, and asked the good people at eSalon about it. But I have someone now to come over and help me with my hair, and she told me I need to put the color near the roots for the bulk of the time, and then work it through to the ends for the last 5 minutes.
