Hair ColorThe very 1st time I got my eSalon, I really liked it alot! The 2nd time, though it was the same color, it just didn't seem the same. It was too dark! Plus my gray hair comes back way to soon... The suggestions you gave me from the last time we spoke, I already do and have done for years. Such as, using shampoo & conditioner specifically for colored hair.... My hair turned the color of a gold barBrassy! Gold! Yellow! BRIGHT brassy gold. UGH!!!!! Not a smidge of the ash blonde I requested. Had to make an emergency trip to the hair salon to try to undo. AwesomeThis is the best I have ever used 100% does not compare to any store , salon , anything. The moment I started putting it on my hair it instantly started to take the gray in the front did not end up a lighter color my hair was all even one color I only had to wait 25 minutes I could not believe it , it was great. Emily you are goodMy hair color was spot on you made it rich drown it did what I wanted it to do it toned down my old highlights that were really white and broken I look forward to working with you in the future I really really want to tell you I was not sure about the color doing it myself but now I got great confidence thank you so much .
