To gold-redMy hair has a natural red undertone so with the color selection it adds to the red. I would prefer to have more of an ash blonde-light brown. I normally use a level 6 in the fall to winter and a level 7 in the spring time to summer with highlights. I do like the product it does cover well. I have noticed the longer I wait in between coloring the more the gold undertone comes out. My hair will always pull red-gold so it is not necessary to add to it.
