ExpectationsHello, I'm writing this to review my first use of the color i ordered. I didn't expect a huge difference because my hair is already black with very little brown tones. I wanted a more blue tint. The color that was sent was soft black with blue. I tried one bottle, an there was no significant change. It did make my hair shiny though. I really wanted the blue tint to be more prominent. I have watched youtube videos of young ladies with the desired color i want. No where near the color I requested.Disappointed they didnt e-mail me a pic of the color they were sending before they sent it out so I could have cancelled the order. I was not impressed.I was not impressed. My hair is DULL. Frizzy. It was not like this before. Delete ALL my information from your data base please. This color was not for me.I was disappointed because this was my first attempt at using eSalon. The service was great, the website is awesome, and I was really looking forward to it. Easy ColorI really liked the process of determining which color to order, determining if I roots to cover, when I colored last, what color my hair is now, what is my natural color, etc. The instructions for application were very easy to follow, application of the color was very easy, and I was very happy that it had minimal odor. This is the Best Hair Color I have ever used.I love this hair color and I love eSalon. I have never used any hair color like this and its so beautiful. My hair is soft, beautiful and I love being able to use it when I need it. I don't have to visit a store I just order or put my order in a auto delivery and it comes when I need it.
