Great color - turns out awesome every time!Each time I color my hair, I know I'm going to get great results and be happy with how my hair looks. Great ColorThis was my first time to ever dye my hair. I was nervous doing it at home but followed the directions and it came out great! I am a natural redhead that had turned gray and wanted to keep it as close to my natural color as possible. I am not sure how they did it, but they nailed it! I've tried many products, even professional treatments, but this is much betterThis is now my 4th purchase with e-salon. I've been frustrated with store-bought, "professional" boxed and finally professionally salon treatments but none have held color. In fact, with the other products, I would see grey sprouting again in about 2 weeks. I decided to try this. I loved the way they customized my color with all kinds of questions, surveys, even having me download a picture for them. It's been 2 months now and I see only 2 grey strands! Amazing. I'm supposed to get my next color delivery in another month, but not sure if I'll need it since this treatment has held so well! It's an extra added bonus for me was having my best friend help with the applications. I wanted to make sure I was doing it right for the first time. I was able to do it by myself from then on. By the way, my friend was very impressed with the color, too! The only critique I would give about the product is that I'd like to see them put in more stain guard (1 more?) and stain remover packets (4-6) as part of the kit, rather than having to purchase extra packets. This way you can deal with all quadrants of the face and neck without worrying if you got it right. This suggestion does not take away from the 5 stars.
