NEVER GOING BACK TO DRUGSTORE COLOR EVER AGAIN !!First of all , I want to say that I am so happy and so grateful that I found these people !! They are seriously heaven sent and you will not , I repeat , you will NOT find a better source for natural looking , absolutely gorgeous hair color from anywhere else especially at a drugstore ! I am a fair skinned latina with natural medium/dark ash blonde hair (depends on the season we are in) , blue eyes and natural shoulder length tight curls . I have always wanted to be a (natural looking) redhead as I adore the gorgeous rare color and knew it would suit my features perfectly . The problem was , not knowing which red would be a hit . I have unfortunately gone through several hardships trying to get that perfect redhead hair color through permanents and demi permanents but just wasnt being 100 % happy. It was either the red was - too red , too orange , not enough red , not enough copper (orange) , too dark etc ... Fast forward to this afternoon where I decided to try my kit after a week of receiving it which was customized Dark Blonde Copper Red . The initial result came out a little too dark for my liking because it was formulated with a bit too much dark blonde , however , that was MY error due to my talk with the stylist which led her to add the dark blonde when I only needed a pure toned red copper (with the formulation being 75% copper and 25% red. Luckily for me , I ordered Demi Permanent so I know it will fade out gradually and be perfect. For my next upcoming and future orders , my stylist will be creating just the customized pure gloss for my applications which is all I will be needing . I am 100 % satisfied with this product and will forever be a fan and use this stuff till the day they stop (which I am hoping will be never) !!! Looks naturalI really like how natural this product looks. Many people do not even realize I color my hair. I just have the first day or two where my hair seems almost as if it's a platinum color more than blonde and platinum to me looks gray and that is why I get the color to cover my gray. However after a few days the suns rays take over and make it blonde just like I want it to be. First time trying the productIt was easy enough to apply, but the color match was off. For some reason this seemed to be a little darker and have a hint of red in it.
