Best thing I've ever done!!!I contemplated over trying this for a long time...using a box color from the store for so many years I knew what to expect and wasn't crazy about taking a chance on the Internet. But it's the best thing I have ever done...the color was a perfect match to the pic I sent..and even better it covered the grays and didn't fade like what I was used to. Love my new color!I decided to start coloring my hair by myself but still wanted the salon high-quality product. I was more than happy with my color and even needed to cover my highlights first...they were more than happy to accommodate me with two bottles of coloring and very specific directions to be successful. The depth and color were just right.I couldn't believe it. I had my hairdresser apply it because I can't do it myself that quickly. She was as impressed with the color as I was and wondered what eSalon might do for her color. I came to eSalon after seeing the advertisement for another site. I went to it and went through their process. The color was not what I wanted but it didn't allow me to make any adjustments. I didn't find the site user-friendly at all. I was happy to send a picture as your site requested because it made sense you'd make a better color if you could see me, and you did. I look forward to seeing how the other products work to maintain the color. I am learning to swim and spending a lot of time in chlorinated water. Not HappyColor may have worked well if I had not had to wash my hair 3 times to get all the oil out of it after I colored. What on earth was in it to do that. My hair felt weighted down and the shampoo you provided (& that I bought a bottle of) didn't do a thing to get the grease out after two shampoos. Had to use my Nexium shampoo the 3rd time to feel like my hair was clean. By that time, grey was showing around my hairline. MessyI really liked the medium blonde color and the condition of my hair afterwards. However, it was so messy to use. The solution ran down my face, and the timing was much longer than my previous hair color.
