Did not give expected resultsI only did a strand test, and I'm glad because this did not do what I asked for. My root and lengths are totally different colors - the root is mostly unchanged from my natural color and the lengths are still very very coppery. I can barely even see a difference between the strand I tested and the rest of my hair. Not What I ExpectedI really wanted to color my whole head with a medium blonde color. I got one color for “roots only” and thought, ok, I was going to color it all? I called customer service and they helped with sending another color for the rest of my hair. Well my highlights really didn’t change at all, which was ok with me , but the roots are already gray again after only a few shampoos. Kinda bummed out that my hair really looks no different than before I started now. It’s only been a couple weeks too. Recent color orderI applied the new color today to my roots. I am very disappointed that the coverage this time was very poor. I carefully followed the directions as I did the first time I used the line. That coverage was satisfactory enough. I wouldn’t think that by slightly adjusting the color it would result in poor coverage. I actually had a professionally trained stylist help me . Coverage and colorsThe first order I had ordered was great. I decided to go a little lighter not much. The color I received on my second order did not go well. The color was not lighter and it did not cover my grey hair which it did on my first order. Will not do that again. I will go somewhere else . Loved the idea but not what I expectedI really loved the idea of a customized color and the instructions and box everything came in was so cute. I loved the set up and was very hopeful. However, I purposely ordered an ash color because I know my gold undertones usually come through but I feel like the top of my hair is actually lighter than it was originally and the bottoms are a reddish tone (which isn't the issue).
