not happyThe past two times I have NOT gotten the results I want as I did with the first two times. The root color is BLOND more than auburn. Then the ends refresher is a huge contrast and is not blending all over. In other words the results look artificial. PLEASE LESS BLOND ! following was original request" am wanting a tad closer to auburn as that is my natural color. My hair turned greenI was not happy with this and would not do it again. I did not get the color I expected and there was a lot of breakage. To dark and flatI was given a color called soft black. I did not like it. Its flat and faded. It was neither cool nor warm. I did not like how the stylist spoke to me while I was trying to explain what I wanted. She was short with me and couldn't see past a straight black color instead a a deep rich dark chocolate. Normal It wouldn't be a big deal but without a haircut, color is all I got. I would like to look at swatches before I try again. Also I was in the hospital sick.. that is why I did not share my concerns earlier! I will try one more time and this time pick from what I can see . not just from some young lady being short with me.
