This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing. Latest root color was too orange!I know we lightened the root coverage, but now am thinking it has to go darker again. Maybe back to the original. It was a good color, but...It only lasted about 2 weeks and BAM my greys were back to haunt me. I'm hoping with my input this next time will be better, but if not it's back to the overpriced salon I go. Or box color *ew* 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

First time userThe color was good but just made my hair all darker. I was hoping that some natural highlights would stay. I am THRILLED with the color and experience!I couldn't be happier with the color or the service. My hair came out beautiful, it's the color I imagined, and it's so incredibly soft I can barely stop touching it!
