Didn't work like it normally doesthis is my 3rd shipment of hair product and sadly this time was a fail for me. i have dark brown hair and bright white roots. this time it turned my roots a yellowish color and even at that the gray was back in 2 weeks. Gray coverageI live your product as it leaves my hair shiny abs soft. It’s just the color is not taking like I had hoped it would. The roots are still too light. I leave it on as you said. My gray must be very persistent in not covering completely. I think leaving the gold out might help. I don’t want dark brown as medium I think it okay and the little bit of mahogany gives it about the right reddish hue. Subtle color Bad ReactionThe color itself was ok. I thought there would be more purple tint. But there’s not. More reddish than anything. I also had a reaction that I didn’t know was possible. My entire scalp created a rash that itches like crazy. No matter what I tried it wouldn’t help. Did not cover my greys at all this time.Not sure what was different this time but did not work at all. I still have all of my grey roots. I followed the instructions exactly, as I always do. The developer seemed a lot thicker this time...not sure if that was the issue. Really disappointed. Don’t know if I will order this again after this experience. Tried the color It wasn't exactly what I wantedThe color came out darker and more red than I expected and wanted. Then within two weeks it turned lighter and more red orange which wasn't the overall look I was going for. I am pale with pink in my skin so it just made my face look more pale. I really wanted to give it a second chance, so they did make my color lighter and changed my directions to help with better gray coverage. But still it only lasted 2 weeks before the color washed off my gray roots and you could see grays when I put my hair up underneath thru out my whole head. So needless to say after the salon where I used to go reopened, I went back to my favorite colorist/stylist and got a different color customed made by her and loved it! and even though its darker than I had my hair before the gray coverage by my colorist in the salon lasts almost 8 weeks! 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Color too dark and hair unmanageableThe color that was sent was too dark making my hair (auburn) look too dark. It looks more Brown than red and all of my natural red is now gone . Additionally I had a very hard time getting a comb through my hair in the shower after using the included shampoo and conditioner. I had to use a ridiculously large amount of my own conditioner in order to just get a comb through my hair to get through the knots, pulling out hair in the process. I was expecting a much better result and I am very disappointed. I have been coloring my own hair here at home using over the counter ,easily.accessible products and have not had this experience using them. ColorHi, this is the third time I ordered and used the color. While everything is so organized with well written instructions, my experience with covering greys hasn’t been that great. I have greys mostly on front hair line and although I applied throughly per instructions it didn’t do it for me. this is the 2nd time it happened out of 3 times ordered.
