Not the color I orderedAs a dark blonde, having ordered a color that was specifically selected, by percentages, as dark blonde with a hint of red and a hint of ash, imagine my surprise when I applied what arrived to me and came out a dark, rich reddish brown. When I sent pictures in, the person I interacted with never offered to honor the ‘it’s on us’ guarantee and, when explicitly asked, said that my *next* color would be free. But, after my experience and given the product comes unlabeled viz actual color percentages, why would I trust to repeat this? So, for me, the guarantee is not honored. Color was also ordered as demi/semi permanent, precisely so it would fade after 30ish washes. It did not. So disappointing!I ordered my color for my Christmas present. Was super excited to get it, the packaging was so awesome but the product was disappointing. Was suppose to be red, I got a few pink streaks. Looked like I colored my hair with kool-aid!! Went to Walgreens and grabbed some box color to cover up the pink, the box color turned out 100% better than my custom color. On the fenceSo I was really excited to try this product because spending 4 hours at a salon just isn't in the cards for me. I have premature greys that I was hoping to cover up especially around my face. color didn't lastMy previous order was good and the color lasted until I could go to my colorist in person> This was last April I think. I ordered another color set a few weeks ago, used it and the color didn't last at all! I was even more careful in applying it this time to make sure I covered all the gray! It didn't last any longer than 2 weeks. I am very disappointed in the product this time and can't wait until I can go back to my colorist. This was NOT a good product this time! Not so greatMy hair is thick and curly. 3a, 3b. I have a copper dye (medium blonde). I didn’t get it colored evenly. The part around the roots is not good. The color itself is good, not too crazy but I had a very hard time sectioning and coloring it. Also this stuff stinks to high heaven. If I could id wear googles and a gas mask to apply it. I like my Color & Product but terrible Customer ServicesFinally I got the color I have been calling for. The hair color stylist there should be fired! Each time I call she tells me what my real hair color is and will not change the color and what happens to my hair if i lighten it. She is horrible and I want to change to someone else. At this point I am considering closing my account due to customer services and poor delivery of the item. I got my hair color kit in the mail so late and I had to call to find out why it has not been delivered this month. It finally came very late.
