Not great for covering graysI am so disappointed! I followed all the steps in ordering and directions in coloring to a T, but unfortunately my greys aren’t covered and the color didn’t adhere to my hair well AT ALL. It literally didn’t match any of my original hair or old color so it just added a new color to the mix. I don’t want a redo. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. No change despite wanting to go visibility lighterI selected a colour that was several shades lighter than my hair. The colourist called me and said the shade I picked was too light and she will mix me a golden brown shade. My off black hair isn’t a lighter golden brown at all.
