Love that they make suggestions to get the color rightBefore they shipped the color I picked out the contacted me to advise the color I chose might be too dark for me. UnhappyI am not pleased with this product at all! Within a couple of days, my hair started turning a rustic brown around my face and temples. I have never experienced this before when I have used store brand colors, or when I had it done professionally. Thank you, but no thank you!! I love my hair nowI colored my hair about 3 to 4 weeks ago and I was facetimeing with my Daughter and she stopped talking mid sentence and said i love your hair it looks so natural just like when u were younger.I get a lot of compliments like that.
