Quality is goneI loved your products when I started with you, but each thing you have changed over the years has been in the wrong direction. The shampoo is no good the condition is worse. I was willing to go with gloves that were terrible but the product change you made on the color is the last straw. The product would not come out of the bottle and I had to shake it out in my all white bathroom. It was so thick and the bottle was so poor that I could get it out. Yes I did cut the tip off. For one year it was great, then for the last two orders not so muchIn the beginning it was great. A year later, two orders with problems and no offer to fix the issue. Too much competition not to go elsewhere. Sorry eSalon, but I had to go elsewhere, you basically pushed me out the door. Not a successColor itself was okay, there was one color given to use on both roots and ends so the result seemed flat without the natural variation of lighter ends. Entire purpose of coloring hair was to cover grays, the were not covered at all and seem to stand out more against the flat coloring of surrounding hair. Order never deliveredI can’t comment on my color because it hasn’t arrived. It shipped on Dec 30 and is still in the US. Tracking shows it hasn’t moved in ten days. Once it arrives in Canada, Customs will add another ten days before it’s released. I understand shipping is delayed near the holidays, but this could take a month. My roots are already overdue. This order was free because my first order turned my hair brassy red. That’s nice, but doesn’t help me if I don’t have it. Can't tell a differenceI was pretty excited to get more of a violet tone to my hair, so I was extremely eager to try out the custom color for the violet tone (dark brown (intense pearl)). After following the process meticulously, I didn't notice a difference in color or tone whatsoever. I'm a little bummed. It looks exactly as my natural color that I started out with. I would have thought if nothing else it would have dyed my hair a little darker, but to no avail.
