Didn't even receive enough product for coverageThe match up specifically states "If you are concerned about not having enough color to cover your hair, rest assured that our colorists will review your profile to ensure you have enough color in your first hair color order to ensure your desired results." No better or worse than the product I usually buy over the counterI was expecting something far superior to the product I normally use, however this product is no different. What I didn't like was the smell and also it was virtually impossible to rinse out the shampoo and conditioner. It left my hair looking and feeling like straw and I eventually re-shampooed & conditioned my hair using my own products. The colour was quite nice though. I requested a refundIf you see my profile pic, I'm not happy. My once light brown hair is reddish Brown with brassy red highlights and it did not cover grey hair.
