Ehhhh noI asked for a copper red color because I wanted to go back to my natural hair color. Nope first box it was half an amazing red half ash greenish blonde. Box to correct it all it’s brown. Spots of reddish hair but brown. Copper is what I asked for!! Seriously though I kept saying I wanted red hair but nope it’s brown. Really not sure if I’m going to keep this company because I’m not going to get what I from it when I can go to the store or even amazon and get closer to what I want than this. And considering when I was talking to someone through email they told me that hair dye doesn’t lift color I’m not sure I want to stick with them not knowing that is literally what hair dye does. good overall but not so good on grey around face.I really liked the color but it didn't color my grey around my face. I treated the grey longer than instructed but that still didn't work. 2nd timeWell the 1st color I received did an amazing job. Great color easy instructions. This 2nd order again easy instructions, but the color didn't seem to "stick" as well. Idee gut, Farbe wird nicht angenommen vom Ansatzhaar!Farbe wird individuell hergestellt. Leider muss sie bei mir nochmal angepasst werden, da sie einfach an meinen Schläfen die Borsten noch nicht so zufriedenstellend abdeckte.hab aber viel, kräftiges, dickes Haar, das wellig und zeitweise störrisch ist. Bin gespannt auf die nächste Lieferung. Edit: nach einigen Versuchen deckte auch die letzte Lieferung mit Farbe, trotz Grauanpassung, nicht bzw nahm das Haar die Farbe nicht an.
