Not happy with hair colorI was and am not happy with color. I turned off my auto ship and my account. The color was nothing like the picture it was darker than picture the red cast and gray came back about 2 weeks later. Great grey coverCovered grey very well... But it was color is too red! Lighter shade of strawberry needed my hair is blonde with red not red with blonde. Golden blonde is too pale not enough red... have had much difficulty getting correct color to match my hair. It is not pink. Not red. But blonde with red... often mistaken for red head in sunlight but definitely strawberry blonde... light. Maybe try again to match color. Just a shade lighter red than you sent this past time... Did not Like the color. When I submitted for correction, continues to get same.I only used the very first color set, no follow up as to whether or not I was satisfied with the color with confirmation before being billed and autoshipped proceeding deliveries. When I was able to log back in, I was hoping for a color correction as promised; I now have 3 boxes of color product I will never use because there was never an updated color sent as requested. Please remove me from future billings and shipments. Color too dark!Between my last set and this one, I requested that the color make up be changed. I received an email stating that the next one would be the new percentages. Unfortunately, I did not realize that this most recent set was still the old combo. Not the color shown in the sample photo.I love the idea of Esalon, but unfortunately the color of my hair now looks nothing like the sample photo. I chose the Natural Ash wanting to get rid of the brassiness. Now my whole head of hair is a brassy copper, not natural ash. I did buy the tint rinse and have used it. Not sure if I'd do it againI loved te kit and the how organized and detailed the instructions were. Because I'm not the most talented person when it comes to hair, it took me a while to do it and it was big mess.
