Not the colour I wantedI adapted my plan as previously my colour was too dark. I chose a copper, which when sent to me was light brown with a slight red tone when in certain light. Definitely not copper at all. Wait time is really badWhile I was over all experience on the phone was very good. I am very very upset. I live in Canada. Paid for express shipping. I was told it will take up to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking doesn't work. I call today and was in formed that my hair colour will not arrive till Feb 15.2021. This is awful customer service.
