Feel unheardI have repeatedly said that my hair is more of an ash color. I have a lot of ash in my hair. But every time I get a color set from here, I end up with extremely brassy/reddish color in my hair. I will say I got a bit better gray coverage than last time, but am no where NEAR my normal color. My hair didn’t change not even a little.I didn’t like this at all. My hair had no change, even when they told me it was going to be two tones lighter than my natural hair. Not what I'd hoped.The roots came out quite a bit darker than the ends. The gray coverage, while great at first, has already begun to fade, allowing my gray to show in the front.
