DONTWent through the process etc. Sent pics. Even stated do NOT want any red tones what so ever. MY HAIR CAME OUT RED. Has been a nightmare and I look awful. Waiting for them to send me out somethign to "fix" my hair. Its already darker than I wanted but they are sending me something that is slightly darker to cancel the red. HUGE NIGHTMARE.
