Not satisfied with my color...My intentions were to get my natural all over color done before my I went to get my haircut/hilights and low lights with my stylist. To save money and time at the salon I wanted to do my roots at home as I have a lot of gray and my hair grows quickly. I requested dark brown but my end result was definitely BLACK. I emailed to request a change but was told I could not go lighter....I spent hours in my local salon getting the color lighter.
