Did not even give a shade to my greysOmg 😱 I had high hopes for this dye. How wrong 😑 I was after following all the steps and washing my hair it didn’t do absolutely nothing at all no joke not even a box dye from the drugstore was this horrible. Not soldI ordered a nice dark brown and after I ordered I received an email stating that they were changing my colour to a colour id like better. Mangelnder Kundenservice und ungewünschtes FarbergebnisIch fand es schade, dass trotz meiner Nachricht in welcher ich nochmals einige Fragen stellte, diese nicht beantwortet, sondern die Intensivtönung einfach direkt losgeschickt wurde, obwohl eSalon eine Beratung verspricht. Leider bin ich auch mit dem Farbergebnis gar nicht zufrieden. Anstatt eines Kupferrots habe ich jetzt dunkelblondes Haar mit einem rötlichen/rosafarbenen Stich. Hätte es toll gefunden nochmals eine Nachricht zu bekommen, die mich z.B. darüber informiert, dass das gewünschte Farbergebnis nicht erzielt werden kann so wie ich mir das vorstelle. Not much of a differenceSadly I really didn’t see a big difference in the color I was going for/my goal for the product:( I know this kind of thing is trial and error since myself and the stylist cannot see each other and talk in person. I had added a picture of my hair color and how that was the color I wanted to upkeep and touch up but, sadly, that is not at all what I got out of my custom color. This was just my first order so I am still going to be giving it a second go. They give you an option to adjust your color and add notes to send to the colorist to hopefully make adjustments to the color/experience you had. I added as much detail as I could as well as a couple notes on the kind of developer volume my previous stylist used (I moved and can no longer see her).
