SchlechtBestellung als "Express" für Zusatzkosten bestellt und kam nach mehr als drei Wochen erst hier an bzw. bei der Post, wo ich noch über 15€ Zoll zahlen musste. So weit so ärgerlich! Die Farbe machte auch nicht, was sie soll. Ziel war es den Ansatz heller zu bekommen und die Blondierung dunkler, so dass es einheitlich aussieht. Fehlanzeige! Turned into red :(Before coloring the hair, my natural color was light brown. I had a couple of light blond highlights. The idea was to color my hair to dark blond, or light brown and I was clear I don’t like red (brassy tones). And that’s exactly how it turned out. My hair is RED almost ORANGE and I was going for dark blonde!!!!when I filled out the hair color choice I specified I did not want anything at all red. I finally got my courage up to try the product and now my hair red, almost orange, nothing close to the dark blonde I had requested. I look like a freggin' clown! Didn't cover my greysHorrible experience 😪 So glad my stylist applied it and was back in the salon so she could fix it although there was no time to cut my hair and had to drive home and wash the secound applied color out myself. Was so disappointed it was my first trip to the salon in a yr due to covid and was a birthday gift. I felt so bad taking up so much of her time I still paid for making her clients wait. I was going to apply it myself as I have done many times. Not right for me.Not saying that it was all ESalon's error but the hair dye I thought I was getting was a lot lighter than my own color and a lot of ash in the blend.
