eSalon made it really easy!eSalon was very professional and friendly in keeping me up to date on the progress of my order. I sent a photo of my husband because I was coloring his hair. They adjusted the formula to fit his needs. The directions were very detailed and there were 2 pairs of gloves and an applicator included. The only thing I would change is that next time I am going to order the bowl to mix the product in. I did not really shake the bottle enough and there was product left in the bottom of the bottle. Perfect colour!Have to admit, I was a little sceptical right up until I took the towel of my newly coloured, shiny, radiant hair! Love the colour and condition of my hair after using esalon. Custom colour setThis arrived in a nice box. I liked the fact that 2 pairs of strong disposable gloves were included as well as a sticker to stick instructions up on wall or mirror. Instructions were easy to follow and added bonus of online video. The final mix of leftover colour with water which is worked into hair for 2-3 mins is quite overpowering - apparently this is ammonium hydroxide and helps colour penetrate hair before rinsing.
