What an awful customer service!I finally purchased this product, after so many adverts on my Facebook feed saying how awesome iit is. Result is so much darker than any professional hair dyes that I had to remove the colour. I placed another purchase with a different colour, a lot lighter. They sent me the first colour again. When I reached out, I was told I had done something wrong. Not even close to the colour I wantedI had light brown hair and wanted to dye it ginger, bought this because it seemed like a nice concept but it’s just turned my hair dark brown with a hint of red. I even sent in photos of what my hair looked like and the colour I wanted so I’m not sure where it went wrong.
