No advice or contact from stylistI was a bit disappointed in the overall service, I have troublesome hair and chose ESalon as I thought it would be the next best thing to a salon during lockdown, however, I was never contacted by anyone and my colour was sent out with no real consultation which I thought was part of the service. Not satisfiedI was looking for a light ash brown, dark ash blonde. My color turned out too dark and ORANGE, golden/brassy. I even used the toner rinse. This is the WORST hair color I have ever used. I didn’t even have enough color to saturate like I would’ve liked. I’ve honestly got better results with box colors. It didn't even really color my gray. The more I look at it, the worse I feel! This is going to be expensive and time consuming to fix. Never ever again would I use this brand.I would upload a pic to show how awful it looks but I don't have the option.
