Impressively close to my favorite coloristI was very impressed at how the colorist at eSalon, by just a few pictures and a short description of my hair in my own words, was able to imagine and create nearly the same combination of base color and highlights that my favorite colorist had derived for me in person! The only reason for the four stars is because the roots came out too light. But this was partially my doing by not emphasizing that the crown of my head is nearly entirely white. Otherwise, I was really satisfied and received many compliments on my hair since by people who were like "Whaaaaa???!!!" when I explained it was eSalon--no joke! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
