1st time customer :)As with any other product I try for the first time, I wasn't sure about the results - I don't know anyone personally who's used it. Natural looking shade that was not available in the storeHair color is very natural looking. It does not fade like those for sale in pharmacy. With the directions given I found it quite easy to do myself. Ordered it delivered every five weeks but I have decided I would like to keep a backup box in case I would like to do it a week or so earlier because of a special occasion or if I need to go away before my delivery date. Slightly too darkWhen you say not to recolor any areas so it won't be darker, well it has been over a year since I overall colored it. Greatly disappointed.I originally ordered a lighter shade but customer service emailed me saying they thought it was too light and my hair wouldn't turn out right. So I worked with the gal over the phone and we picked a color closer to my natural dark blond. I very clearly told her my hair has red undertones if the color is warm it will turn brassy and that I needed an ash or cool tone dye. She assured me this color would work. No, no it did not. HATED IT!!!!!I wanted blonde and was left with brown with red. Cost me $200 to get it back to a blonde close to where I started.
