Great colourI was a little bit nervous when ordering for the first time but I needn't have worried. The colour kit arrived before the estimated delivery date & was very well packaged. The application instructions were clear & easy to follow. After application my hair felt & looked fuller and had a lovely shine. The reason for only 4 stars is because it came up a bit lighter than I was expecting, but I suppose it's trial and error until the right colour for me is achieved. Have asked for the next one to be slightly darker so here's hoping! Great productProfessional tips and product. The color stays on my hair and doesn't get on my pillow or towels after coloring. I also noticed there is no chemical smell in my hair. Too expensive & not on timeI have cancelled my pre shipment order almost a month now and would no longer like to receive any more of your products. Then I received an email from you that a shipment will be shipped the end on Nov 30...Please cancel this delivery or shipment as soon as you can....thank you. Great colorI started with eSalon about 6 months ago and was immediately pleased with the color I got. However, I wanted to try and tweak it a bit to see if I could get it just a little darker. The worst hair color experience ever.When I finished with my hair I was so upset. I asked for the red to come out' instead my hair is ALL RED. It is also so much darker than what my hair should be.
