DisappointmentI get better results from Drug Store brands. The formulation received did not cover my gray roots adequately and turned them a weird pinkish-orange color. The formula was also extremely harsh -- my hair felt like straw. It even smelled bad (strong chemical & ammonia odor) for a couple of days even after shampoo and conditioning. Mix_up in hair colorI ordered medium brown. I received my first order, callie, for medium brown. I received an order from Danielle inmediately after, same month, for dark blond. I have just received another order for dark blond. My pigmentation does not go well with blond, that is why I asked for medium brown and that I didnt want blond. Please correct this problem because i have paid for this item and can not use it. I need to know if I should return it or if you will send me a box for it. Please sd me the correct color and do not charge me for it nor shipping. I have the medium brown, first order which I intend to use now. Thank you for your continued service. Custom Hair ColorThe kit was great,easy to use; color was good. The only reason, I give three stars, is the color washed away after 5th hair wash from roots area. So, my roots are grey again after a week of application.
