Custom roots color- time saver, high qualityI could afford to go to a salon to get my roots done, but I can't afford the time and the nuisance! Just for roots!? what a hassle. This product makes all the difference - and it's easy. Every now and then they ask for a selfie to make sure they're still on track w/color, and they send me plenty of product. I ordered some extra tools the first time around to make application a bit easier, but that was all I needed. It's not sloppy, and they give you color remover for your hair line. I'm delighted!The first order, ended up with a bit too much red. I sent photos and my colorist recommended changes which on the second color looked great!
