Very detailed and hair came out greatFrom the time you open box everything is detailed so no mistakes, and everything you need is there. My hair color was perfect and soft and shining. High end color at home!At 35, I have pervasive gray hair that is very wirey. I'm not ready to be all gray yet but can't afford salon color every five weeks. Have tried every at home color kit in the book with varying results none as amazing as eSalon! The color sent perfectly matched, took care of all of my grays and left my hair shiny and healthy looking and feeling. Best customer service!I was skeptical to order from online salon, I did anyway as my life has become more complicated. I was very surprised and happy with the results. I especially loved the colorist checking in to see if I was satisfied!! As long as I'm doing my own hair Esalon gets my business.
