ConvenientI like the convenience of the product the color is good just not thrilled with shampoo and conditioner. I don't feel like if cleans my hair good enough. Didn't cover my gray...The whole purpose was to cover my grays and it didn't... I'm not happy that I put chemicals all over my virgin hair and followed all directions very carefully to find that my gray didn't even get covered...
