Black and dullMorning I did my hair colour on Friday, as per the instructions, however it came out very dark closer to black than brown and it looks dull and dry. First time customerThis was my first time using esalon. Impressed with the quick dispatch and the presentation box. I appreciated the extra bottle of colour, however I’ve not used it and would have preferred to have the option to choose when to have that extra once I’ve worked out the correct colour for me. As it is i now have a bottle of colour and developer I won’t use as I don’t really like the colour. In terms of the colour choice I was really impressed, unfortunately the dark blonde option which was recommended is a bit too dark for my liking and is darker than my natural colour which I was trying to match). Having said that my hair is super soft and I’ve been impressed with the grey coverage. CoverageJust used my color and I have be honest I was not happy especially for what I paid. Not the color I wantedThe coloring process seems overcomplicated, but I like that you are provided everything you need to use the product. While red hair is admittedly hard to match, the color I received is much, much darker than I expected or wanted. I included a photo of my natural hair color- which is on the orange/blonde side, and the color I ended up with is more of mahogany/brunette. Not satisfiedThey sent the wrong color, I canceled yet they sent it after I canceled. Also Italked to a colorist and after I told her two times I couldn't use certain tones they sent the color with both tones that would not work with my hair they Also didn't give me a full refund it's not good business to send wrong color. Leider nichts für feines HaarIch habe noch nie so kaputte Haare gehabt wie jetzt nach 3 x esalon Anwendung.... Viel Geld für schlechte Qualität. Haare abgebrochen, verbrannte Spitzen und die Farbe ist so schnell stumpf und absolut tot 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Falsche Farb-TaktikZum zweiten Mal in Folge schicken sie mir nur ein dunkles Braun für die Wurzeln. Es gab immer dunkle Wurzeln und Mahagon für die ganze länge. Zum dritten Mal in Folge dunkelbraune Wurzeln, kein Mahagoni, und die Hälfte meines Kopfes ist dunkelbraun. Mit Mahagoni hat das nichts zu tun.
