Dull Color : (I was to receive light golden pearl, and it turned out to be the most dismal, dark, and dull color. So disappointed with my experience. I feel the coverage was good. Faded quicklyI probably have over processed hair but this faded very quickly and left my hair its usual orangey gold tinge which is one of the issues I'm trying to avoid. Simply the best!I don't have time to sit in salon's for hours getting my hair dyed every 4 weeks so this product, not only is it the best coverage, but I was impressed with how we got to my correct colour. I received a call from my online stylist who was amazing and after 3 changes I now have my perfect colour at salon level to put on whenever i want. I highly recommend it as my hair is very grey and the coverage is amazing. I feel 10 years younger and my hair is in amazing condition. My colour, my choiceI love the way I can choose just the right colour for me and then change and adapt it whenever it suits me. The staff are really great and any change is quickly acted upon so that just the right colour turns up. Was hesitant to try, but SO glad I did!eSalon.com Custom Hair Color does NOT disappoint! So much better than over the counter boxed hair color, without a doubt! I received exactly what I asked for & having been using since. And, I don't have to color as often as I was when using boxed hair color. Give it a shot! Superior hair colorThis is the best hair color product I've ever used, and that includes every other high-end product. The coverage is perfect - even the grays, and the color holds! My hair is left in noticably better condition. I especially love the convenience of never going to the store only to discover they're out of my color. LoveI originally got my color and when I colored my hair my roots turned one shade lighter then the rest of my hair. I emailed the esalon team and told them what happened and they immediately sent me a new darker root color free of charge. The root color matched my hair perfectly. It was great.
