Best Hair Decision in a While!!I've been using this service for about 2 years and have to say that I am totally satisfied with the result. It looks natural and covers the gray. I struggled with the gray coverage for quite a while before switching to this product and all I can say is I wish I had switched sooner! The color is fantastic and the customer service is superb! don't have oneThe colorant has been gentle on my hair, and arrives when I need it. With that being said, the first color has always been perfect. The second bottle of color has been consistently too brassy and red. I've asked for this to be changed, and I can see where adjustments have been made, but still way to brassy and red.
