Didn't get the same result as my firstThe grey hairs started showing up on the third day unlike my first order which totally covered all the greys and did not fade. My latest order didn't even cover the ear area even though I applied those part liberally several times while I was applying the rest of my hair. Good product result. Good quality and service. Ingredient uncertainty.Good color and tone. Not so red, which is what I wanted. Gentle, no harshness in odor or feel on scalp. I like that the kit is complete with all tools and extra gloves. The only concern is hair loss. Some ingredients can cause this in hair dye. There was one ingredient in the color formulation that only stated that it "may contain" this ingredient. I like the products so far, but the ingredient list needs to be specific and current.
