Did not work for meIt did not work for me at all. I saved this for a special occasion. I applied it thoroughly to every gray strand and followed every instruction. Color coverageThis was my first time coloring me hair without using a “box dye.” I was really excited about the process. I followed every direction. The color did not do anything to my roots. It’s still my faded brown with a hard transition into the copper red tone. Since I have a lot of hair I even left the color on for an additional 8 minutes for each step. Hair LossI thought your product has good ingredients. Your ads are too good to be true! I lost hair and now thinning. I will never buy from your company ever again! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |

Gray coverage is badI have 2 spots, one on each side along face above ears that NEVER colored. Even did those areas first and left on 45 min. I have had color reformatted and still to no avail. Blue black instead of vibrant brown.What a disappointment!! Two children and their innocent comments made it clear as day when they saw me two weekends in a row, the second with the "adjusted colour" and said: "What happened to your hair? It's black blue!" I've attached photos for the colourists at eSalon of my vibrant brown hair on Halloween compared to 9 days and two washes later. I mentioned the previous colour was spot on but faded to yellow tones.
