Artful PresentationBeautifully and thoughtfully packaged with everything one would need for an excellent at home experience. Color shade was spot on for me. The only difficulty was that it didn’t effectively cover all my grays and faded quickly. Hair colorI like my color but would like to have more shine. The orders come consistently and I really appreciate this so I don't have to reorder time and time again. PERFECTION!My experience with eSalon was wonderful from start to finish. My kit arrived faster than expected, and included steps for a pre-treatment (at no extra charge). eSalon sent me the product needed to fill my previously lightened and porous hair, so that my new/darker color would go on evenly. Soft hairLot's of compliments on the color. I had to adjust the color several times to create the color I wished. Each time the color was lovely. The colorists were great and it was a personalized set created just for me. My hair is soft!
