Turned out exactly as I had picked!I was really excited that they treat the root different than the remaining growth of hair. This is where box color from the store can't compare. I agree salon color is best, but for those of us who are not willing to drop the mad amounts of money on the coloring, this is perfect. It was easy to apply, and didn't dry out my hair. LOVE IT!My hair kit and color was amazing! I had a two step process to cover up highlights. The color was exactly as I expected it and looks great! No strong odors, or any complaints! FabulousI fancied a change of colour, but nothing inspired me from the shop colours and unable to afford salon prices, I thought I would try esalon. Really liked the process of explaining your hair type, colour and previous colourings ( it was exactly like a salon) When my kit came, I was super impressed that my name was on the bottles (nothing is ever mine with 4 kids, but these bottles had my name on) I'm not going to lie, I was apprehensive to try the dye, but the process was pretty easy ( better with 2 pairs of hands) and surprisingly didn't smell as bad as I expected, plus half the time taken to dye as usual. The colour itself is lovely, I have deep brown hair with red and purple lowlights, better than expected, I absolutely love it!! My only criticism would be that there isn't quite enough shampoo and conditioner for long hair. My hair now feels thick and soft.
